Job Description
- Studies and understands all facets of the media and Real State being offered
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Contacting customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their account
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Promotes and sells Real States products and services offered by the employer
- Studies and understands all facets of the Real States and services being offered
- Performs outbound and inbound communication to potential Customers
- Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned projects.
- delivers sales reports to upper management.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Details pricing and negotiate costs when necessary
- Communicate with clients outside of normal business hours when necessary.

Job Requirements
- English Level: Fluency is a Must
- Experience 2-4 years in real estate is a Must.
- Outgoing Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness,
- Confidence, and Excellent Sales Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills and Persistence Power.
