Job Description

  • Responsible for identifying leads, engaging in A/C business development with strategic or local business partners with the ultimate purpose of increasing sales volume and meeting sales targets.
  • Achieving the allocated A/C sales target assigned to enhance general sales capacity.
  • Identify and support the selection of local business partners in coordination with General Manager.
  • Participates in Developing and implementing quarterly and annual sales programs, plans and policies for every area sales Manager.
  • Managing the performance and activities of the entire A/C sales units, including account managers, supervisors & sales representatives.
  • Conducting analysis (versus analyses received) in order to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and corporate objectives. Developing and implementing sales agreements, promotions, distribution strategies and other sales opportunities.
  • Maximizing work relations with key wholesale and retail partners.
  • Developing, managing and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
  • Seeking out and directing new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plan to advance and procure new business for the company.
  • Creating training development sales programs for Area & sales managers/Supervisors.
  • Keep watching stock levels and slow moving goods, handling sensitively supplier requirements and market needs.
  • Assign sales team KPIs and evaluate them quarterly and annually.   
  • Follow up maintenance & Installation services as required.
  • Establish & Hire Sales Team.
  • Establish and set commission systems to be applied for salesmen.
  • Developing & implementing quarterly and annual sales programs, plans, & policies.
  • Maximizing Work relationships with key wholesale and retail partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Over 15+ years of experience in managing A/C Sales operations at notable Brand agencies, in A/C business.
  • Common courses in management, statistics, economics, finance, other…
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives, area managers, staff, etc..
  • Ability to manage effectively a cross-functional team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player
  • Advanced computer skills (word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
