Job Description

  • Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets.
  • Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets. 
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers. 
  • Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers)
  • Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers.
  • Acquire and onboard new customers.
  • Add leads to the individual sales funnel and converting to won opportunities. 
  • Maintain and record all customer data and history of interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
  • Obtain forecasts and proactively plan with customers and concerned internal parties. 
  • Update Proactively rates for customers. 
  • Liaise with CS counterpart to effectively manage the customer. 
  • Follow up for customer payments. 
  • Update and complete required reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in any sales role
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferably Logistics)
  • Negotiation

  • Time Management
  • Analysis
  • Networking 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Proficiency in Systems Used (Locus Odyssey, Salesforce)
  • Arabic – Fluent
  • English - Excellent
