Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Junior Site Architect to join our team on a luxury hotel project, making sure interior finishing works are executed in line with the design intent and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise daily architectural finishing works on site, including marble and stone, gypsum board and false ceilings, joinery, wall cladding, painting, wallpaper, and flooring.
Make sure execution matches the approved architectural and interior design drawings, finishes schedule, and material samples.
Review shop drawings and check details such as levels, joints, alignments, and material transitions.
Follow up on mock-ups and sample approvals with the consultant and interior designer.
Inspect finishing quality and follow up on snag lists until items are closed.
Coordinate with finishing subcontractors and foremen to keep work on schedule.
Calculate finishing quantities and track material deliveries on site.
Prepare daily progress reports and help with inspection requests and handovers.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
2-6 years of experience in site supervision of architectural finishing works (hotel or high-end fit-out experience is a plus).
Good knowledge of finishing materials, details, and installation methods.
Strong ability to read architectural and interior design drawings.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
A strong eye for detail and design quality.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Able to work full-time on site.
