Job Description
- Establishing all kinds of companies in Egypt based on Egyptian law.
- Drafting and reviewing all contracts of a legal nature between the company and other party(s)
- Drafting and authenticating resolutions issued by Board of Directors or shareholders or partners involving budget and other matters of legal nature
- Establishing and amending all articles of company's statute in line with resolutions issued whether by Board of Directors or shareholders or partners (e.g. amendment of statute, merging, participation in establishment)
- Attend front of different courts in cases brought against or against the company
- Handling the internal investigations and give advice regarding to labor law
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree of law.
