Arabic Chat Support :
- Engage with customers / Riders through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
- Assist customers / Riders in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems

Job Requirements & Benefits:
☑️ Net Salary 5,500 EGP.
☑️ English Level A2 (Arabic account).
☑️ Handling Arabic chats.
☑️ Typing speed on keyboard should be 30 words per minute for both English and Arabic languages.
☑️ Last shift for females ends at 12 AM.
☑️ 5 working days & 2 days off (rotational).
☑️ Working from site only.
