Job Description
- Be in contact with the clients to schedule requests’ accomplishment date and updates over the phone and by email
- Stage servers before their deployment on site
- Backup SQL databases and migrate them in case of an upgrade to new equipment
- Run software upgrades and add missing features and tools
- Install local and third-party services
- Perform third-party integrations, followed by testing and verification
- Install all types of printers (USB, Ethernet, and Serial) on a local computer or over the network
- Hardware guidance remotely (hardware models, cables, and connections)
Job Requirements
- Windows Server, XP, 7, and 10 understanding and troubleshooting
- Software and services installation
- SQL database backup, restore and run basic modifications
- Basic network knowledge and troubleshooting (IP, routing, switching)
- Printer installation and operation
- Experience using remote desktop software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, UVNC)
- Fluency in English, connected with good communication over the phone and by email
