Job Description

  • Offering a professional greeting to people who come into the office
  • Determine and inform specific individuals they should access.
  • Maintain the reception area and the meeting room always in good order.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Respond to emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Prepare correspondence, using Microsoft word, Excel, or PowerPoint
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, and managers.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Filling corporate documents, records, and reports in organized system and retrieving it easily on demand.
  • Following monthly bills and required purchases for the office
  • Preparing list of payments required for projects
  • Processing expense reports
  • Provide any required Administrative Support
