- Offering a professional greeting to people who come into the office
- Determine and inform specific individuals they should access.
- Maintain the reception area and the meeting room always in good order.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Respond to emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Prepare correspondence, using Microsoft word, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, and managers.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Filling corporate documents, records, and reports in organized system and retrieving it easily on demand.
- Following monthly bills and required purchases for the office
- Preparing list of payments required for projects
- Processing expense reports
- Provide any required Administrative Support
