Job Description
- Respond to customer's emails and do proper follow up with the other department until the customer's issue gets resolved.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by replying to their inquiries through outbound phone calls using high soft skills.
- Document all call information according to standing operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate issue to team leader.
- Building lasting relationship with clients based on trust and reliability.
- Provide product and service information to customer.
- Recognize, document , and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Up-sell products and service (Retailer/online).
- Create requested reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

- At least 1 year of call centre experience
- English : Good to very good
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible with Rotational Shifts and days off
