Job Description

  • Respond to customer's emails and do proper follow up with the other department until the customer's issue gets resolved.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by replying to their inquiries through outbound phone calls using high soft skills.
  • Document all call information according to standing operating procedures.
  • Identify and escalate issue to team leader.
  • Building lasting relationship with clients based on trust and reliability.
  • Provide product and service information to customer.
  • Recognize, document , and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
  • Up-sell products and service (Retailer/online).
  • Create requested reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Flexible and having an agile mindset
  • At least 1 year of call centre experience
  • English : Good to very good
  • Presentable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible with Rotational Shifts and days off
  • Graduated
  • Cairo Residence
