Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for outsourcing projects and internal
- recruitment and exit interviews
- Manage and implement payroll processes for internal and outsourcing projects accurately and timely
- First resolve and respond to related HR issues and questions from client companies and internal employees
- Major coordination and managing the overall HR processes of HRM outsourcing projects
- Maintain liaison efforts with client companies to ensure all deadlines and expectation surrounding reporting and HR functions are met or exceed
- Promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers and the community
- Receiving and effectively handling employee complaints, escalating these complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action when necessary
- Liaise with Government Offices such as Labor, SSB, Income Tax
Job Requirements
- BSC In related field / HR Certificate / MBA Preferred.
- experience 5-7 years as personnel manager,2 years at least in pharmaceutical companies
- Proven working experienced in outsourcing fields in HRM (essential)
- Must have good knowledge on HR policies, Government Law and Legislation
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, multi-tasks and time manage effectively
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and related business communication online tools
- Critical thinker, creative mindset, attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediately employees are preferred and long term working with company
