Job Description
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Participate in travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of secretarial / office administration
- Excellent Command of the English language
- Solid MS skills (office – windows)
- Presentable with excellent communication skills
- Preferred female only
