Job Description

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Participate in travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of secretarial / office administration
  • Excellent Command of the English language 
  • Solid MS skills (office – windows)
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills 
  • Preferred female only
