Execute Internal & External Maintenance plans concerning ;periodic , predictive ,Corrective Activity
Ensure mechanical/electrical installation and maintenance duties are performed safely.
Maintain appropriate mechanical/electrical equipment documentation.
Coordinate and supervise mechanical installations and maintenance by contractors and outside vendors.
Monitor work order and production reports for recurring/developing problems and lead efforts to eliminate problems.
Troubleshoot major mechanical/electrical problems utilizing vendors, consultants, and contractors as required.
Communicate all equipment changes to the maintenance team and production partners.
Perform all duties in full compliance with all laws, safety, and environmental regulations and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
