Job Description

Develop, Implement, and recommend MT sales strategies and plans through the next roles:

Planning:

  • To develop sales plans to manage the sales of the market during the year.
  • To develop a plan with the monthly offers submitted to customers.
  • Establishing general policies for the management of market sales, and developing sales procedures in cooperation with the rest of the departments.
  • To develop a plan to follow up with competing companies in terms of new products and offers on the market.

Profitability:

  • Distributing the profit target to the market's sales team, with the team assisting in achieving these goals.
  • Reducing merchandise returns and conducting an analysis to determine the causes.
  • To supervise and follow up on the collection processes related to sold goods.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Developing customer withdrawals and building good and strong relationships with them.
  • Make visits to the customers of the market.
  • Solve the problems faced by clients.
  • Follow-up and review of customer contracts.

Introducing new clients:

  • Develop promotional activities to open new markets to increase sales.
  • Guidance to search for new clients and communicate with them and maintain good relations with them.
  • Supervising and following up on negotiations with new clients.

Manage the work team:

  • Evaluate the performance of the market's sales team.
  • Solve the problems facing the work team
  • Make periodic meetings with the work team to discuss the target and the obstacles facing sales agents.
  • Participate in selecting, training, and qualifying the market team, and identifying their needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Modern Trade management (FMCG)
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian Market
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment
  • Able to communicate at different organization levels
  • Good English communication is a plus
