Job Description
- On-boarding and integrating new clients
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure client has best delivery solution based on their needs and objectives
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of client’s orders
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Identify problems, troubleshoot and take ownership fixing them
- Enhances company’s reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new and different
- requests
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Prepare periodic accounts progress reports
Job Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of experience (Delivery, logistics or E-commerce experience is a plus)
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Excellent written and verbal English Language Skills
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- High Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Preferably a resident of sheikh zayed/6th of October
