Job Description
- Responsible for all monthly time attendance reports and consolidations
- Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards
- Make sure that all government employees' records are up to date
- Complete the company’s personnel files
- Review and manage employee benefits including social insurance (form1,2,6)
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Handle medical insurance approvals requests, claims of reimbursement and finalize medical insurance invoices job requirements
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Responsible for all personnel monthly reports
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Very Good in English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem-solving
