Plastic injection mold design
Responsible for designing new plastic injection molds • Responsible for designing engineering changes on existing molds • Support customer’s needs in design and engineering • Maintain a high level of mold design standards
Creating 2D mold layout assembly drawings and bill of materials
Generating 3D electrodes, along with 2D detail drawings and burnsheets for EDM
Ordering mold bases and standard components

Knowledge of Wire EDM and/or CNC machining technologies.
CAD/CAM expert and Very Proficient 3D Solid Works mold design package or others ( CATIA, NX , … etc.).
Work in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Design and Production engineering.
Proven working experience 2 - 3 years in manufacturing(Preferably in the Plastic injection mold building and design)
Knowledge of Wire EDM and/or CNC machining technologies.
CAD/CAM expert and Very Proficient 3D Solid Works mold design package or others (CATIA, NX, …etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under stress.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Very Good in English Spoken and written
Experience in the design and manufacture of plastic molds.
Proficient in the use of engineering design software
He has a background in the operation of CNC machines and the possibility of plastic injection
