Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Qlik Sense Developer with a deep understanding of NPrinting and Qlik Alerting to join our BI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Qlik Sense applications, leveraging their expertise to create intuitive dashboards, and distribute insightful reports through NPrinting. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring timely data-driven alerts, promoting data literacy, and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense development, including complex data modeling and dashboard design.
- Proficiency in NPrinting report design, distribution, and management.
- Experience with Qlik Alerting for data-driven notifications.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with other BI tools is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff.
Job Requirements
Application Development: Lead the design and development of comprehensive Qlik Sense applications aligned with business needs.
Data Modeling & Integration: Manage ETL processes from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and optimized performance.
Dashboard & Visualization: Design and maintain user-centric Qlik Sense dashboards with interactive and insightful visualizations.
NPrinting Expertise: Utilize NPrinting to create, schedule, and distribute reports across the organization, ensuring they meet user requirements.
Alert Configuration: Set up and manage data-driven alerts using Qlik Alerting, ensuring stakeholders are informed of crucial data insights and changes.
Collaboration & Consultation: Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in BI initiatives.
Security & Governance: Implement and maintain robust data security protocols and best practices within Qlik applications.
Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior Qlik developers, promoting best practices and fostering professional growth.
Continuous Learning: Keep updated with the latest trends in the BI landscape, especially within the Qlik ecosystem, and integrate new features and practices as applicable.
