Job Description
- Responsible of online sales channels; website and the online sales platforms.
- Generate revenue and profit margin for Payment Solutions through the acquisition of new client prospects.
- Follow-up online ordering full cycle.
- Establish a regular cadence of communication with clients at all levels.
- Coordinate the E-commerce marketing campaigns and work with internal and external stakeholders for the campaign setup.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.
- Use data analytics to achieve conversion targets and objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.
- Handle customer queries and complaints regarding the website and the online channels.
- Build strong relationship with the current clients.
- Generate new sales through opening new accounts with new clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- E-Commerce experience or Online Sales at least one year.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Maximum age is 30 years.
- Alexandria residents.
