Job Description

  • Responsible of online sales channels; website and the online sales platforms.
  •  Generate revenue and profit margin for Payment Solutions through the acquisition of new client prospects.
  • Follow-up online ordering full cycle.
  • Establish a regular cadence of communication with clients at all levels.
  • Coordinate the E-commerce marketing campaigns and work with internal and external stakeholders for the campaign setup.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Use data analytics to achieve conversion targets and objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints regarding the website and the online channels.
  • Build strong relationship with the current clients.
  • Generate new sales through opening new accounts with new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • E-Commerce experience or Online Sales at least one year.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Maximum age is 30 years.
  • Alexandria residents.
