Job Description
- Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
- Manage Staff within the fleet section so they adhere to strict schedules.
- Supervise and advise our fleet drivers with the most efficient route to save time, cost and efforts.
- Assist in deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency and provide a monthly fuel usage report
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet rules.
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Responsible for operations ground safety and safety driving.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience 5+ years in the same title.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Males only
