Job Description
- Manages an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing & preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries & agendas
- Drafts reports, proposals; prepares & coordinates oral & written communication with vendors, clients & other stakeholders
- Communicates on the CEO’s behalf to company staff, & manage activities, which include coordinating semi-annual staff meetings, dinners/lunches/receptions; arranging hotel accommodations for out-of-town visitors & compiling, assembling, & distributing meeting materials.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years providing support for upper-level management in a related organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English & preferably French
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work independently & with discretion
