Job Description
- Develop a clear business plan that ensure achieving the set target from the CEO
- Foundation of a strong sales team selling all the group activities and hunting new opportunities.
- Development of sales business unit through coaching.
- Daily monitoring, and putting action plan for each team member and follow the progress.
- Ensure that sales team meet activity slandered ( calls, outside visits, presentations and closing deals)
- Marketing and advertisements for all the offered activities on large scale.
- Troubleshot weaknesses and work with different sectors and senior managements to resolve and set corrective actions.
- Negotiate and seal deals with customers.
- Increase revenue and company market share.
- Raise the diversity of customers
- Raise Sales Volumes.
- Responsible for the retention and growth of the customer base.
- Provide monthly/quarterly/annually reports for the CEO regarding sales performance and revenues gained.
- Collect feedback from direct customers and combine them into a market report for future reference.
- Implement regular calls/meetings to customer to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties raised by top management.
- Meet staff requirements, needs and resolve their problems, and provide support to HR Department.
- Drive the sales pipeline development for the company.

- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure business stability.

- Establish a country to county dialogue with our overseas network to maximize opportunities available.
- Ensure that market trends are reported to top management swiftly in order to allow management to react quickly to the market place in order to always develop the company position.
- Approach competitors with limited cooperation to know about the local market trends.
- Work closely between clients and operation to ensure their support is maintained.
- Regional procurement and negotiation with shipping lines, principals and ISO tank operators (export and import).
- To undertake all tasks and functions in accordance with Company Policies, Practices and Standards including credit Control rules and processes
- Ensure there is retention of assigned customers and gain new customers
- Liaise with the operations department to ensure that all customer service level agreements are delivered as agreed and assist with corrective actions measures as required.
- For owned customers ensure the orders pipeline is sufficiently robust and full.
- Up selling & cross selling.
- To assist with and on occasion lead the implementation of newly won business, including the developments.
- Support of the wider commercial teams within the group in line with the commercial plan including identification, qualification and follow up on sales activities and leads.
- Assist the wider sales team with quotations, pricing and liaison with Procurement and overseas offices as appropriate
Job Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in Trucking / Freight Forwarding / Shipping Sales with proven track records
- Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively within team.
- Able to provide quote to customers promptly
- Good understanding on market trend and demand
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
