The Job Role:
- Claim a proactive role in technical CRM project management by supporting central and local CRM managers globally.
- Support the development and maintenance of the CRM Tech infrastructure, keep track of CRM tools and suppliers (e.g. clevertap), platforms (mobile/desktop), and a diversity of channels such as push notifications, in-app messaging, email and sms, while supporting on invoicing-related matters.
- Supervise tasks submitted from CRM to the Marketing Tech Team and foster collaboration with them.
- •Research industry best practices and innovations and coordinate the implementation of new features while working closely with product and development tech teams.
- Help finding ways to improve CRM channel and data utilization and support in maintaining a benchmark of technical setups across Delivery Hero entities.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of working experience in the fields of CRM, Mobile Marketing, BI, Computer Science, Data Analytics and/or Programming.
- An expert problem-solver that loves coming up with creative ideas to solve complex CRM- related challenges — even if it’s outside of your comfort zone.
- You work thoroughly, self-organized and with great attention to detail.
- You are eager to learn and continually innovate to help keep the CRM team at the forefront of tech.
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language, ideally JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL.
- Experience in working with CRM and campaign management tools (i.e. Braze) is a plus.
- Knowledge of one Javascript framework (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
- Background in building large-scale automation frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required, additional languages are a plus.
