Job Description
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans to ensure alignment with Semak’s overall objectives and business plans.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the marketing department by facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards.
- Prepares the Marketing unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit are implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
- Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff to maximize subordinate’s performance.
- Directs the conceptualization, development, and enhancement of new and existing products, including the development of business cases for presentation to management, to ensure the Company’s product lines remain competitive.
- Ensures that all assigned products meet any operational, legal, and audit requirements so that external compliance is assured and risk to the Company is minimized.
- Defines and ensures adherence to marketing, advertising, and communication standards and guidelines so that the Sale brand's integrity is maintained.

- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Cooperates with all supportive functions (RA, R&D, Operations …..) to ensure that demand plans are in place.
- Plans for the new launches and coordinates with all related functions internally and externally to make sure that the launches will be within the preset timelines
Job Requirements
- BSC degree in Pharmacy.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager.
- 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/ Cosmetics companies in both Marketing & Sales.
- Experience managing a large and high-performance marketing team.
