Job Description
- Process orders accurately according to the company’s procedures and standards.
- Ensuring processing incoming order on daily basis.
- Revising the processed orders with the official local purchase orders to ensure the accuracy and compatibility.
- Create and process orders upon request on daily basis.
- Update and add new items on different platforms like GP and CRM.
- Examine purchase orders and retrieve necessary data to update different plat forms .
- Investigate the system errors and coordinate responsible team to avoid any delays
- Send daily reports to the management of the cycle progress of the orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a relevant university
- Experience 1 - 2 years in the same field ,Preferably in IT Field
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
