Job Description

  • An ideal IT Helpdesk is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
  • Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, determines and implements solutions.
  • Handle incidents and service desk tickets.
  • Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date/

Job Requirements

  • Min. 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem Solving skills.
  • Very Good command of English Language.
  • Availability to start immediately is highly preferred.
