- An ideal IT Helpdesk is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, determines and implements solutions.
- Handle incidents and service desk tickets.
- Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date/
Job Requirements
- Min. 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem Solving skills.
- Very Good command of English Language.
- Availability to start immediately is highly preferred.
