Job Description
- Make outbound callings
- Maintains database by entering new and updated information
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Secures information by completing database backups
- Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
Job Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office - Excellent in using the word.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Good English written & Spoken.
- Attention to detail.
- Project duration from 2-3 months.
- Working hours from 11 am to 7 pm.
- can be working from home but should have personal laptop.
