- Greet, welcome, direct company’s visitors and announcing them properly
- Control company main reception area
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Reflect excellent company image
- Handling difficult or unwanted visitors in a professional way
- Distributing mail and faxes, messages to the appropriate parties.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, faxing etc.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Bachelor degree in business or any relevant education
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a corporate environment
- Presentable and punctual
- Pleasant yet professional
- Max age is 28 years
- Excellent communication & customer services skills
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written) is a MUST!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Qattamya, Maadi, New Cairo, residents are preferred
