Job Description
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems
- Develop and implement databases and data collection systems
- Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
- Perform various data analytics in SQL, BI, G-sheets and MS Excel to provide the best of required reports
- Using of G-Scripts and Macros to develop Analytical tools for sake of business
- Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics and dashboards for insights and data visualization
- Aware of “AHT, QA, C-Sat, Conversion Rate, Adherence and Productivity” Calculation
- Design and present proper presentations for data insights when required
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Respond to data and product related inquiries in real-time to support all departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
- 3-5 Years of experience in the same field
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, start schema, as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
- Experience building and optimizing Big-Data pipelines, architectures and datasets
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
- G-Scripts & Macros Writer
- Basic Web Applications developer
- Professional Reporter & Presenter
- A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understand of current data protection and privacy laws
