Job Description
- Open new market for company
- Dealing and contracting with all customers
- Manage the Sales & Distribution of the total Food service Segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Companies & Airlines & Wholesale, etc.)
- Achieve the company target`s depending for the the annual plan
- Adapting the forecast plan with the production depending the market needs
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
- Responsible to Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Managing sales team effectively
- Training sales staff and providing coaching lessons along with combine market visits.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Horeca & B2B Patisserie Sales is a must
- High bachelors Degree
- Experience in the same field
