Job Description
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- From 4 to 8 years of experience in business and system analysis; preferably in the software field.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid experience in writing Systems Reference Document (SRD) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
- Deep knowledge in business functions such as Customer Service, Sales Order Processing, Project Management, Accounting and Centralized Data Management.
- Knowledge of localization industry is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense.
- Good background on SDLC. “Software Development Life cycle”.
- Strong understanding of UML Diagrams.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
