Job Description
- Participating in Undertaking quality audits and evaluation for NGOs/ CBOs (both technical and financial).
- Participate in designing and providing institutional support and capacity building trainings for NGOs/ CBOs.
- Providing guidance, support in reviewing and update the internal policies , procedures of the programs;
- Creating feedback and monitoring plans .
- Create and develop documents & reports based on institutional evaluation methodology;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent critical-thinking skills with ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Excellent reporting skills.
