Job Description
A well establsihed International pharmaceutical company is looking forward to hire an HR Director with 10+ years of experiencein Pharma, Life sciences, or FMCGs.
This person should come with pure hands on experience in HR field across all functions. Someone who will be creating the HR function and hiring the team. He/ She will be a member of the management team, aware of the industry & could attract talented resources to the company.
Requirements:
- This person should be a go getter
- This person should come with the strategic background along with hands on experience
- This Person will create the HR function from scratch, in terms of recruitment, creating policies, JDs, and the ORG chart.
- There are already some HR policies and procedures, yet we need someone who will add to them and set strategies on implementing them
- Someone who will manage Recruitment, personnel, L&D and comp & ben (until a team is hired the HRD will be purely hands on)
- This person will have the HSE under his or her scope – a minor point
Background:
- Someone with Multinational experience is a MUST
- Strong business Acumen
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Structured in his/her approach to organising the HR Functions
