Job Description
As a Senior Functional Consultant, the successful candidate would seek to understand a customers business requirements and analyze business processes in order to design, implement, and support a solution
- Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and understand client functional requirements
- Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions, and demos when appropriate and requested
- 1+ Successful full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams
- Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM and XRM projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
