Job Description

Due to our expansion, World Business Fitness company is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer to help us expand our clientele. You should be able to show your dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Description:

  • Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. 
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Coordinating with Proposal team and delivering the proposal within timeline to customers.
  • Meeting Targets for the month.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing Agency matters.
  • Proven working experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a PLUS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in the English Language.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, sales or relevant field.
