Job Description
- Registered company specialized in renewable energy (solar water heaters, solar lightings, PV systems, ….) located in Corniche el Maadi, Cairo.
- We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, self-starting individuals for sales and service positions within a growing organization.
Main Duties:
- Promoting the company’s products to the potential clients
- Provide good & technical solutions for customer needs (analysis of customer’s current and projected energy consumption and financial return on investment)
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues by prospecting for and qualifying leads
- Respect and establish the pricing policy according to the company procedures
- Identify and establish new connections and manage regular visits for clients and discover opportunities
- Achieve certain sales target from direct sales routes through the process of growing and developing existing customers
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, negotiating contracts and integrations requirements with business operations department
- Carries out after sales services to resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions
- Maintain details records and providing regular reports to management
- Stay up to date with external and internal developments in the environment for identifying new market segments
- Participate in developing a process to gather continuous feedback from clients

Job Requirements
A. Sales experience:
- Outdoor & indoor sales
- 1-3 years’ experience sales experience is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of solar energy including photovoltaics and solar water heating systems would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering or related discipline required
- Car License is a must
- Ability to travel as needed
- Outstanding presentation and formal dress code
- Negotiation and relationship building skills
- Leadership & Strong communication skills
B. Technical background:
- Good understanding of electricity and electrical systems,
- PV and solar thermal courses will be an advantage.
C. Skills:
- Must be highly organized, independent, likes client relationships, looking for new challenges, ability to multi-task and set priorities,
- Flexibility, creativity, and dependability, along with personality
- Conducting site surveys for potential customers,
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent written & spoken English and Arabic
