Job Description
- Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for various digital advertising platforms.
- Promoting products, services, and content over Various Digital platforms, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and commercial strategy.
- Scheduling Campaigns throughout various platforms according to content strategy and calendar.
- Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries over designated platforms.
- Developing new digital advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Managing the media buying budget and maximize ROAS.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of several campaigns
- Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.
- Meeting with the stakeholders (such as social media influencers, 3rd party agencies). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
- Reporting performance and monitoring competition.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency with the different Social Media Platforms, FB, IG, TW, TikTok, LinkedIn Social Media Management tools like Hootsuite, Later.
- Experience with Media Buying, i.e Bidding, targeting strategies
- Experience setting community engagement strategies to develop a brand fanbase.
- Professional bi-lingual Copywriting & Content writing is a must.
- Curious, Details-oriented, analytical mindset, able to act upon insights & trends. Adapting the A/B Split test & Experimentation culture.
- Familiar with concepts like CX Journey mapping, Personas, conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of Neuromarketing best practices and their digital implications is a must.
- Good knowledge of the digital marketing scene, industry trends & tools.
- Excellent analytical and project & time management skills.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field is a plus.
- Self-motivated and initiative.
