Job Description
- Execute implementation for our products to new clients.
- Follow up current customers (Weekly, Monthly) following our procedure and process.
- Support customers after implementation visit by our support methods.
- Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions. (Online – Offline Support)
- Focal point between customer requirements and development team.
- Maintenance visits include our new updates - features training.
- Share in system testing from after receiving from IT to customer (Case by Case)
- Responsible for handling required transactions on our admin panel (Glamera Product)
- Execute additional related tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent.
- Software Experience preferred in (HR – CRM – POS) Max 3 years.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Good command of English.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
