Job Description

  • Implement the agreed frameworks, tools and approaches to use in attaining Andalusia customers and attracting new segments through attractive offers.
  • Support the management in contract development and service enhancements.
  • Revise all contracts soft copies before being added on hospital systems.
  • Design packages according to needs analysis, whether by formulating new packages, enhancing already running packages, sets formulating, make sure all packages are updated on the systems & monitor the utilization of each running package.
  • Responsible for the management of procedures lists & services; analyze old procedure be moved to “not used category”, add newly generated procedures by physicians on hospital systems, modifying the price of each according to the approval cycle and responsible for all service lists enhancement.
  • Perform Market Survey and Analysis to set Proposals & recommendations   for our services & contract
  • Provide proactively ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issues with guidance of the offers Analysis so they can be resolved effectively and efficiently
  • Attend meetings with BU management teams whether to review the Pricelist and Offers achievements, plans & corrective actions and service development meetings.
  • Update the hospital price list annually of all procedures and make sure it’s implemented correctly.
  • Manage all offers implemented in BU; whether by formulating current ones or redesigning new ones based on the market research conducted and analysis & monitoring of all offers.
  • Make sure all contracts new or modified are added on all hospital systems accurately and applied correctly by all departments.
  • Perform Excellent Offer Management & Pricing for any new Services in The Hospital and  quarterly
  • Responsible for answering all inquiries regarding all prices & contracts (offers/packages/price list) in hospital whether by call center, reception, events or marketing teams to make sure all information given are accurately delivered.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities in facilitate automated system to Maintain database of Contracts & offers for follow up.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of (Medicine-Dentistry-Pharmacy – Science- Veterinary )
  • Very good computer skills (MSO Excel, Word)
  • Very good Internet and research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Good information collector.
