Job Description
- Responsible for different functions requirements of all tender procedures & customer inquiries till receiving the Fax of Award.
- Making contacts with the authorized internal & external suppliers according to Bid specifications to acknowledge the possibility of providing the relevant requirements taking into consideration its compliance with the items.
- Preparing Yearly Tender Status update database.
- Issue purchase order to suppliers after receiving the bid award to prepare the shipping process.
- Preparing authorization letter and contracts acting as an authorized agent.
- Provides commercial and technical support to the sales force.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer.
- Good communication skills.
- Males Only.
- Years of experience at least 3 years
- Time management.
