Job Description

  •  We are hiring an HR Generalist for one of our clients, a reputable Digital Marketing agency that has more than 10 years of success stories across multiple sectors.
  • The HR Generalist will be responsible for all the HR functions which include recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, compensation and benefits, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance.

Job Dutes:

  • Prepares and updates employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
  • Manages the monthly employees' attendance by regularly reviewing the records of the fingerprint machine (sick leave, absences and annual leave, etc .. ).
  • Responsible for fill form 1, 2, 6 for all employees.
  • Follow up on the annual contract renewals.
  • Provides HR advice on the policies, procedures and employment laws to the new and existing employees.
  • Prepares the monthly payroll according to the approved policy including taxation and social insurance deductions.
  • Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries.
  • Partners with the HR manager to determine staffing needs.
  • Provides HR reports to the management.
  • Oversees the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and face to face interviews, negotiating and preparing the job offers.
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews with the Dep. Managers.
  • Informs new hires of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requested paperwork for new staff members.

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in all HR Functions.
  • Very good command of English (Speaking, listing, reading and writing).
  • Familiar with HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good Negotiation skills.
