Job Description
Role Purpose
The Marketing & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving market demand, strategic
partnerships, and brand positioning for LuQta in Egypt.
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, ecosystem development, and revenue
enablement, ensuring that LuQta’s three solutions are clearly understood, demanded, and
adopted by the market.
The role actively supports and scales:
1. LuQta Consumer Reach Solution (via LuQta B2C App)
2. White-Label Engagement Platform
3. Embedded Engagement SDK
Core Responsibilities
1. Market Positioning & Messaging (Foundation)
- Own LuQta’s local market positioning in Egypt.
- Translate LuQta’s global narrative into Egypt-relevant messaging.
- Ensure clear differentiation between:
- Consumer Reach (managed engagement via LuQta app)
- White-Label (owned engagement infrastructure)
- SDK (embedded engagement inside client apps)
- Maintain consistent messaging across:
- Website
- Proposals
- Sales decks
- Partner communications
- 2. Demand Generation & Marketing Execution
- Build and execute go-to-market marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
- Design campaigns to generate:
- Enterprise leads (white-label & SDK
- Brand demand (consumer reach solution) Manage:
- Digital marketing (LinkedIn, email, performance ads)
- Events, workshops, and roundtable
- Sector-specific activations (banking, telco, education, FMCG, government)
- Track and report:
- Leads generate
- Cost per lead
- Conversion contribution to revenue
3. Consumer Reach Solution – Growth & Sponsorship
- Drive adoption of LuQta’s Consumer Reach Solution among brands.
Develop: - Sponsorship models
- Brand participation programs
- Seasonal and thematic engagement calendar
- Work with creativity and engagement teams to:
- Package attractive brand activation
- Align prizes, mechanics, and exposur
- Support growth of LuQta’s B2C user base through
- Partnerships
- Cross-promotions
- Community activations
4. White-Label & SDK Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including:
- Telcos
- Bank
- Fintech
- Super app
- Government entitie
- Develop partnership models such as
- Technology partnership
- Distribution alliance
- Co-marketing initiative
- Support white-label and SDK sales by:
- Opening doors
- Structuring joint value propositions
- Supporting joint pitches and demos
5. Ecosystem & Channel Developmen
- Build a LuQta partner ecosystem in Egypt
- Marketing agencie
- System integrator
- Digital consultancie
- Enable partners with
- Sales enablement kit
- Use-case librarie
- Co-branding guideline
- Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure partner-led deals close smoothly.
6. Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
- Work closely with:
- Egypt Business Head
- Enterprise Sales
- Pre-Sales / Solutions
- Support:
- Pitch decks
- Case studie
- Sector-specific proposal
- Ensure marketing activities are revenue-linked, not just awareness-driven.
KPIs & Performance Metric
- Marketing-sourced pipeline valu
- Number of qualified enterprise leads generated
- Number of active strategic partnerships
- Sponsorship revenue contribution (Consumer Reach)
- Cost per lead and conversion efficiency
Brand awareness growth in target sectors
Job Requirements
Required Profile
Experience
- 4–10 years in B2B marketing, partnerships, or growth role
- Strong exposure to
- Digital platforms
- SaaS/technology solutions
- Marketing tech, fintech, or digital services
- Experience working with enterprise, government, or regulated sectors is a strong
advantage
Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilit
