Manages Operations Staffing, Planning and Scheduling
Create Dynamic dashboards & Reports using Internal tools, Excel or Spreadsheets.
Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for Profit and loss opportunities that were achieved or lost per executed transactions
Work on multiple platforms such as ticketing Systems (Amadeus and Sabre) to rectify executed transactions when necessary
work as Loss prevention for Calendar day Bookings this includes but is not limited to Hotels, Flights and Packages.
Assist in Creating Operational reports requested from Customer Operations Unit Managers
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
Some related Ad-hoc might be added later

Not less than 3 Years of Experience in both Amadeus & Sabre
Not Less than 3 years of Experience in Hotel B2B Suppliers & DMC and Hotel Management platforms
Not less than 5 years of experience in Travel and Travel related positions
Excellent Reporting and Analytics Experience
Excellent Experience in Excel.
Travel Auditing Experience is Preferred
Customer Service Experience is required
