Job Description

Looking for experienced and hard-worker property consultant to work at one of the top Real Estate brokerage company at Egypt. Working with the top developers in the real estate market in Egypt for over than 100 projects (Residential, Commercial, Second home) in (New Cairo, New Capital, North Coast, Ain Sokhna).

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact potential customer through calls, emails and any other communication methods.
  • Determine client’s needs and his financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Provide guidance and assist clients to know related projects, market conditions, prices, etc.
  • Answering client questions and handling objections.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  • Arrange meetings with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve sales target set by the company.
  • Sending CILs to developer’s admin on time.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • Having a very good knowledge for all known developers’ primary projects on market.
  • 2:5 years of proven record experience in Brokerage Real Estate with primary projects.
  • Must own a car for site visits with customers.
  • Active listening & Good Speaker with others.
  • Good negotiation & persuasion skills.
  • Commitment to achieve sales target.
