Job Description
- Handle the recruitment function (receive hiring requests – advertise for vacancies – conduct initial screening & filter CVs – conduct competency-based interviews - contact accepted applicants & extend job offers)
- Handle new hired employees orientation, explaining to new employees
organizational rules, regulations, policies and procedures and handle on boarding
processes - Write and develop job descriptions illustrating the job accountabilities, experience,
qualifications and competences required for the job in order to utilize them in the
hiring process - Monitor and administer staff attendance and leaves balances to ensure employees
compliance to labor law and organizational policies - Process company payroll, collect all variables that affect employees payments and
implement payroll salary pay slips on excel - Implement the annual performance appraisals
- Conduct exit interviews to identify resignation reasons and facilitate the exit
process and the handover - Conduct investigations and apply disciplinary actions with respect to labor law and
company code of conduct - Maintain & develop the filing system of all HR related documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (preferably as HR Generalist)
- Experience in the medical sector is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Very good English proficiency level
- Ability to move between company different branches
