Job Description
- Managing the online community of a newly launched crypto token (Discord, Facebook, Instagram). This entails replying to comments, creating posts and managing communication with clients.
- Building a thorough and effective sales funnel and working towards improving the process
- Replying to customers' inquiries
- Creating engaging posts on social media platforms. Simple Canvas graphic designing may be required for posts
- Writing professional e-mails
- Creativity and going out of traditional ways to raise awareness and increase engagement
- Calling customers, engaging in conversations and answering their inquiries
Job Requirements
- FLUENCY in spoken and written English. (Any level less than fluent will NOT be considered)
- You MUST have experience in Marketing and social media
- You must be a people person.
- Having a Marketing degree is a BIG PLUS.
- Former experience in Teleperformance or Vodafone UK is a BIG PLUS.
- Knowledge about cryptos and NFTs is a big plus.
