About the Job
- Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the P&L within the Company by successfully managing all departments and lines of business to meet and exceed business goals
- Responsible for the process and tools that support sales and marketing teams
- Providing guidance on market trends and tracking long term sales data for individual stores
- Track long term sales data
- Leads by example the company’s commitment to customer service.
- Works with team to increase customer base, directly handles sales management responsibilities
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients, elevator consultants, building owners, managers and prospects
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of the overall market area, including sales backlog, service and repair volume, market penetration, volume of outstanding bids, available new business, special projects, and staffing requirements and availability
- Maintains strong familiarity of company products by attending company training classes, and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods
- Maintains a maintaining and strong working knowledge of the contract especially in Elevator Construction field.
- Serve as liaison between teams and upper management
- Follow ethical practice with consumer and customer data
- Assist Marketing team in determining customer outreach method
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods within the elevator industry is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferably 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Cross-Functional skill and ability to work in a diversified environment.
- Proven success managing and developing talent within the workforce
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- General understanding of the basics of engineering and physics principles is preferred
Desirable Requirements:
- Partner/vendor management experience.
- Strong knowledge of contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
