Job Description

 

  • Managing SMBs online customers  “ handling New requests, upgrade or downgrade, payments and collection” -> 
  • Supporting new and existing online customer business inquiries via Online channels (Ticketing system & email)
  • Admin LDC billing and ticketing system "WHMCS" , 
  • Focal point for communication and request handling for online products service providers such as NTRA, EUN
  • Handling communication and request for LDC resellers and white-label partners and international resellers.
  • Audit Partners WHMCS provisioning system, which involves:
    • Orders and exceptions handling
    • Preparing onboarding materials for training support teams for newly launched products
    • presenting all new products (i.e: Mail Marketing tools) to partners Team
    • Communicating new prices and following up on the system updates (i.e: system upgrades) with tech teams
    • Revising the product life cycle for supported services
    • Setting SLAs (i.e: downtime percentage)  and Generating insight reports including Monthly Revenue, Number of Customers, Churn Rate.
  • Support LDC’s enterprise sales administration using LDC’s “WHMCS”
  • Working with the MKT team as business owner for HDM products including doing MKT surveys , checking LDC’s portal customer experience and revising the content to make sure it is well communicated to the customers.
  • Working with LDC’s Technical Team to launch new services/products like services bundling, and testing new product lifecycle
  • Setting end-to-end workflows for offline products like SSL certificate provisioning, in cooperation with LDC’s technical and procurement teams.
  • Working with LDC’s technical team and service providers to finalize the systems integration and add new payment options such as TPay and PayMob
  •  All tasks aim to increase  both LDC's Online Portal revenue and partners revenue. 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work  with different teams 
  • Good knowledge of English , email etiquette and business writing 
  • Experience of dealing with customers  “preferred Sales person”
  • Technical knowledge of our products 
  • Responsible , Persistent , well organized and Committed
