Prior to starting projects Sets:
- Project Time Schedule
- Resources Allocation
- Procurement Plan and Cash Flow in coordination with Technical Office
During and Post- Project prepares and analyzes periodical reports to follow-up:
- Project Progress vs. Plan
- Resources Allocation vs. Procurement Plan
- Actual expenditure & income vs. estimated Cash Flow
In coordination with projects, purchasing, Warehouses, Technical Office, and Financial dept.
Extensive site visits
Coordinates Cost Control with Financial Department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
- MS Project
- Primavera & AutoCAD, (Preferably PMP)
- +5 Years of Experience
- +3 Years of Experience in Similar Job
- Fit to Site work
